Du möchtest die Zukunft der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Unternehmen und Arbeitnehmervertretungen aktiv mitgestalten? In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für Employee-Relations- und Mitbestimmungsthemen in mehreren deutschen Gesellschaften und trägst dazu bei, Veränderungen erfolgreich umzusetzen.
Als HR Specialist unterstützt du Transformations-, Integrations- und Organisationsprojekte und bringst dabei deine Kenntnisse in Employee Relations, Arbeitsrecht und Mitbestimmung ein. Du arbeitest an Themen, die direkten Einfluss auf unsere Mitarbeitenden, unsere Führungskräfte und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation haben.
Dabei erwartet dich keine rein operative Rolle. Du wirst Themen eigenständig vorantreiben, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenbringen und dazu beitragen, eine moderne, konsistente und zukunftsorientierte Employee-Relations-Landschaft in Deutschland weiterzuentwickeln.
Diese Position ist als Elternzeitvertretung für voraussichtlich 12 Monate ausgeschrieben.
So bringst du dich ein
- Du harmonisierst Vorlagen, Prozesse und Standards im Bereich Labour Relations und unterstützt so ein einheitliches Vorgehen über unsere verschiedenen Gesellschaften hinweg.
- Du bereitest Gespräche und Abstimmungen mit Betriebsräten vor und begleitest diese, um Veränderungen konstruktiv umzusetzen.
- Du unterstützt Transformations-, Integrations- und Organisationsprojekte und bringst arbeitsrechtliche sowie mitbestimmungsrelevante Perspektiven ein.
- Du analysierst arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen, die HR und Führungskräften Orientierung geben.
- Du arbeitest mit nationalen und internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen, um gemeinsame Standards und Best Practices weiterzuentwickeln.
Was wir suchen
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im HR-Umfeld, im Arbeitsrecht, in einer Kanzlei oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion gesammelt.
- Du interessierst dich für Arbeitsrecht, Mitbestimmung und die Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen und möchtest dich in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und proaktiv und bringst Themen eigenverantwortlich voran.
- Du kommunizierst klar und souverän, kannst unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenbringen und bleibst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen lösungsorientiert.
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse und kannst dich auf Englisch sicher mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen austauschen.
