Working Student – Legal (m/f/d) Teilzeit
As a Working Student in the Legal department, you will become part of our dynamic team and support our legal department in exciting and diverse tasks across a wide range of legal issues. You will gain exclusive insights into the varied responsibilities of an in-house counsel in the forward-looking field of Defence & Tech – a unique opportunity to learn hands-on and actively contribute!
What is your Day to Day Mission:
- Conduct legal research on a wide range of issues
- Support day-to-day tasks in drafting and reviewing contracts
- Update and maintain contract templates
- Implement and manage the contract repository using DocuSign CLM
- Prepare documents for due diligence reviews and coordinate with notaries and internal stakeholders
What you bring to the team:
- Student of Law or Business Law
- Interest in contract law topics within the commercial sector
- Ideally, some experience in the legal department of an internationally operating company
- Knowledge of DocuSign CLM is a plus
- Careful, structured, and highly independent working style
- High reliability and sense of responsibility
- Fluent German and English skills (negotiation-level)
