What we are looking for:
To support us in our mission, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to strengthen our Legal Team. As the link between internal departments and our external lawyers, you will take ownership of business-critical tasks and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Facilitating communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Managing client and contractor correspondence, especially regarding data protection and contract administration
- Handling additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Liaising with authorities on abuse-related matters
- Conducting legal research and analyzing laws and regulations
- Supporting contract review and preparation of legal documents
- Shaping and managing the contract management process
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department; completed training as a legal, administrative, or judicial assistant is a plus
- Highly organized and able to work independently in a structured manner
- Written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
