Legal Operations Support d/f/m – fixed term Vollzeit NEW

To start as soon as possible, full time / part time, fixed term
The role
- Contribute to Legal Tech and digitalization initiatives, from analysis and concept development through to implementation.
- Further develop existing processes and tools, particularly in the area of contract management, with the opportunity to take ownership of specific solutions.
- Plan and deliver training sessions, workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing formats.
- Build, maintain, and continuously enhance reporting structures and data management frameworks.
- Prepare training materials, guidelines, and practical documentation to support day-to-day operations.
- Independently manage sub-projects or take responsibility for clearly defined work packages.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, IT, Controlling, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Job requirements and experience
- Hold a university degree and have relevant practical experience in at least one of the areas mentioned above.
- Have already worked on projects or taken ownership of specific topics and responsibilities.
- Work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner and can translate complex issues into clear and practical outcomes.
- Show initiative and actively drive topics forward rather than simply supporting them.
- Communicate and collaborate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Have a strong interest in digitalization, Legal Tech, and efficient ways of working.
- Possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
