The Team
A&M's PEPI practice in Munich is looking to hire a Director (m/f/d) with a strong track record in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD). This senior-level role requires extensive experience in managing CDD projects, with a blend of commercial skills, an entrepreneurial approach, and a strong network.
As part of A&M's integrated team, the Director (m/f/d) will collaborate with colleagues from Corporate Transformation, and Transaction Advisory & Valuations practices, leveraging a broad range of resources and expertise across sectors and geographies.
How you will contribute
- Lead and manage Commercial Due Diligence projects, ensuring superior results and client satisfaction.
- Develop insights and innovative solutions for complex client challenges.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding A&M's profile in the CDD market.
- Contribute to the development of service methodologies and thought leadership within the firm.
- Build and foster strong client relationships.
- Support recruitment, team development, and motivation, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading Commercial Due Diligence projects and growth strategy engagements.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality results, particularly within the Private Equity environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Solid professional network and reputation for delivering value and innovation.
- Hands-on, non-hierarchical leadership style that fosters trust and collaboration across all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and effectively.
- Objective, fact-based approach to problem-solving.
- Strong values and integrity, leading by example and inspiring confidence in colleagues and clients.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
