Team Assistant – Legal (Maternity cover) (m/f/d))

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant to support our Legal & Compliance team. In this role, you will act as a key partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the team to focus on delivering high-quality legal advice.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities for senior stakeholders
- Support corporate housekeeping activities (e.g. shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, contract management)
- Coordinate with notaries, courts, and external stakeholders on corporate matters
- Maintain legal documentation and filing systems (physical & digital)
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle administrative inquiries independently
- Track budgets, expenses, and purchase orders
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- Relevant qualification in a business, administrative, or legal-related field, or comparable practical experience
- Several years of experience in an assistant, administrative, or coordination role (experience within legal environments is a plus, but not required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
