Student Assistant (Werkstudent) – HR Advisory & Legal Support Teilzeit
Job Description
- Prepare HR documentation and statutory materials (e.g. contract amendments, confirmations, letters, and Betriebsrat/Wirtschaftsausschuss notifications) in line with approved templates and processes
- Provide operational support to HR Advisors across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, reorganisations, and offboarding
- Review, maintain, and update HR templates and contribute to internal policy development, ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality standards
- Research HR best practices, labour-law topics, and emerging HR trends to support advisory activities and decision-making
- Coordinate and prepare documentation and meeting materials for co-determination bodies (e.g. Betriebsrat, Wirtschaftsausschuss) in accordance with statutory requirements

Qualifications
- Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Curious and proactive learner, reliable, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong interest in HR, employment law, and working with international stakeholders
- Very good command of German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to work on-site from our Hamburg office on a weekly basis
