Senior Legal Counsel Germany Vollzeit
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Senior Legal Counsel based in Germany (Dorsten, Munich, Frankfurt, Leipzig or Hamburg – Hybrid). You'll provide pragmatic legal support to Aggreko and its group companies, enabling business growth while effectively managing legal risk.

What you'll do as Senior Legal Counsel:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including terms & conditions, supply agreements, power purchase agreements and framework agreements
- Provide day-to-day legal advice on commercial, regulatory and strategic matters across Germany and wider Europe
- Support on real estate matters, disputes and corporate documentation, liaising with treasury and company secretarial teams
- Ensure adherence to contract risk management policies and compliance frameworks
- Build and manage relationships with external counsel, ensuring strong regional expertise and value for money
You are:
- A qualified German lawyer with 8+ years' post-qualification experience
- Highly experienced in commercial law and contract negotiation within energy, infrastructure or related sectors
- Fluent in German with business-level English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and able to manage workload independently with sound judgement
- Experienced working in project-based or regulated environments
