Als Senior Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) bei Wooga arbeitest du eng mit unseren Führungskräften und cross-funktionalen Teams zusammen. Du sorgst für fehlerfreie Finanzen und lieferst wertvolle strategische Insights. In dieser Rolle berichtest du direkt an unseren Finance Manager, stimmst dich eng mit unserem Hauptsitz in Israel ab und spielst eine Schlüsselrolle bei Jahres- und Steuerabschlüssen, dem regelmäßigen Reporting sowie spannenden Ad-hoc-Projekten. Du hilfst uns dabei, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und die Finanzprozesse zu optimieren, die das kontinuierliche Wachstum und den Erfolg von Wooga vorantreiben.
Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung übernehmen: Du leitest die komplette Erstellung und Offenlegung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und US-GAAP.
- Abschlüsse & Compliance: Du wirkst an Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen sowie der SOX-Compliance mit und prüfst bzw. pflegst unser internes Kontrollsystem.
- Steuern im Griff: Du erstellst und übermittelst die Körperschaftsteuererklärungen und stellst sicher, dass alle Abzüge und Steuergutschriften korrekt erfasst sind.
- Meldewesen: Du kümmerst dich um die regelmäßigen statistischen Meldungen an Regierungsbehörden und Aufsichtsorgane.
- Schnittstelle sein: Bei Routineprüfungen oder Anfragen bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für externe Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerbehörden.
- Projekte vorantreiben: Du bringst dich aktiv in Sonderprojekte ein – sei es bei Systemimplementierungen, Prozessoptimierungen oder Finanzanalysen.
- Beraten & Unterstützen: Du berätst uns intern zu steuerlichen Auswirkungen bei geschäftlichen Entscheidungen und hältst uns über Änderungen in der Steuergesetzgebung auf dem Laufenden.
Das bringst du mit
- Ausbildung: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, BWL, VWL oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich.
- Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen HGB sowie Erfahrung mit US-GAAP.
- Erfahrung: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Steuer- oder Buchhaltungsumfeld eines internationalen Unternehmens sowie ein tiefes Verständnis von Bilanzierungsgrundsätzen.
- Tools: Du bist absolut fit in Excel und PowerPoint (bzw. Google Sheets und Slides). Erfahrung mit Oracle ERP sowie Kenntnisse in Oracle EPM sind ein dickes Plus.
- Zukunftsorientierung: Erste nachweisbare Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und KI-Tools ist von Vorteil.
- Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst fließend und sicher auf Englisch (um Ideen abteilungsübergreifend zu präsentieren) und auf Deutsch (für den professionellen Austausch mit Behörden und Prüfern).
- Mindset: Eine starke analytische Denkweise, eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenverantwortlich als auch als echter Teamplayer zu agieren.
