The legal team is an internal service unit that supports Sportradar's fast growth by ensuring a solid and secure foundation. It includes several divisions to ensure integrity and trust are met and exceeded, including Corporate & Employment Law, Privacy, Litigation, Compliance & Risk, Commercial Sales Legal and Sports Partnership Legal.
For the latter legal sub-unit, the Sports Partnership Legal team, we are looking for a talented, highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to serve Sportradar's Rights & Sports Partnership division by providing legal support and reviewing/administering of standard legal documents (such as NDA's, MoU's, Termination Agreements, Amendments, Term Sheets, etc.) on a global basis for the entire Sportradar Group. The Paralegal will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our licensing activities and their corresponding implementation in client agreements.
The Paralegal Sports Partnership will be working as part of an experienced and international legal team. This role will act as an interface between Sportradar's regional and product teams, the commercial Rights & Partnership unit and the legal department, to ensure consistent legal project support and maintenance of our identified contractual standards, e.g. for the scope of commercial rights.
