About the role
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We're looking for a Paralegal ( Ausbildung zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten ) to collaborate with our lawyers on disputes and complaints. You'll manage the team's administrative aspects and provide support on legal issues.
The breadth of work you'll encounter is pretty unique for an in-house role, so you'll have a large degree of responsibility for our ongoing growth.

What you'll be doing
- Overseeing a caseload of litigated and non-litigated matters, with supervision and support from Legal Counsels
- Assisting with complex matters, including disclosure, collection, and production of materials
- Liaising with external counsel, including on cross-border matters, and managing legal spend
- Capturing know-how and assisting with knowledge sharing
- Implementing new scalable processes to support the Dispute Resolution team, and assisting with the collation of management information
- Being a team player and supporting the wider Legal team in a variety of tasks, from regulatory filings and corporate governance to investor relations and intellectual property checks
What you'll need
- Fluency in English and German with exceptional communication skills
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment, plus the enthusiasm and willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn fast, and take responsibility
- The ability to manage large amounts of documents, as well as seek out new technological solutions to make the Legal team's processes and functions more efficient
- A high degree of independence, initiative, and decisiveness
- Excellent organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once to meet deadlines, and work independently while also contributing to the success of cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- An undergraduate degree
- 1+ years of experience working at a law or compliance firm, ideally within a litigation department
- Familiarity with local court proceedings and procedures
- Knowledge of financial regulations or contentious financial regulatory matters in Germany
- Impressive analytical skills
- An ability to demonstrate sound legal and business judgement, even in ambiguous situations
- Fluency in another language
