You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- You support the Legal & Tax Department of the Webasto Battery business unit.
- You are fully integrated into the Legal and Tax Department of Webasto Battery and gain comprehensive insight into the work of an in-house lawyer at a global automotive supplier in a forward-looking technology.
- You create various types of documents, particularly legal opinions and pleadings, and draft, comment on, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers, both in English and German.
- You analyze existing contracts.
- We train you in the professional fields of business and international law.
This is what you bring to us:
- You have successfully passed the first state law examination and would like to complete the mandatory elective internship as part of your legal clerkship.
- In addition to legal contexts, you are also interested in economic and technical contexts and incorporate these into your problem-solving approach accordingly.
- You have excellent German and English language skills.
- You are characterized by meticulous work, team spirit, independent work, and an awareness of problems, even outside the typical legal problem areas.
