Job Description
As part of our local Legal team, you will participate in shaping the future of our local German legal and contracting operations.
Part-Time job offering:
- 20 – 24 hourse per week
- 4 – 5 days per week
- Fully remote from anywhere in Germany
Your mission & learning opportunities
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with customers, partners, and service providers
- Providing legal support and advice during complex customer negotiations
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks, especially in IT, Cyber Security, Software Resale and SaaS
- Collaborating closely with internal and external departments to shape and implement legal strategies
- Monitoring and evaluating current legal developments in the fields of Cyber Security and IT services
Qualifications
So, is this the right job for you?
- Degree in German Law (First and Second State Exams or equivalent preferred)
- Solid experience in contract drafting and review, ideally within Cyber Security, services, or SaaS industries
- Understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the IT sector
- High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
- Team player with a structured and independent working style
Language skills (both mandatory):
- German (full professional proficiency, C1) and English (full professional proficiency)
Location:
- Ideally you live in the surroundings of Munich (Germany)
- Remote (from anywhere in Germany)
