(Junior) Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Support in monitoring the legal framework and legal developments and deriving necessary recommendations for action; especially in the field of Procurement, Donation and Sponsoring
- Creation, adaptation and implementation of contract templates
- Research activities on selected legal issues
- Support in the preparation of legal opinions and statements
- Documentation of the department's consultations
- Preparation and design of presentations
Your profile:
- Successfully completed first and second state examinations in law or successfully completed studies in German Business law (LL.B. / LL.M.)
- Professional experience in contract and commercial law as well as civil law – or qualified and committed young professional (m/f/d) who is also happy to familiarize themselves with new areas of law
- Professional experience in a comparable position would be an advantage
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and high social competence
- Responsible and independent way of working
- Very good organizational skills with high flexibility and willingness to perform
- Very good knowledge of the MS-Office package (esp. Excel and Word)
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- A pronounced „hands on“ mentality, coupled with the will to provide independent, proactive advice
