We are looking for an Group IFRS & Tax Reporting Specialist (m/f/d)to join our team in Leipzig or Lauchhammer. This role is a permanent and full-time position and will report to the Head of Group Accounting and Controlling.
The role is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of IFRS financial statements on a quarterly basis, alongside compliance with international tax transparency and minimum tax regulations, specifically Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and OECD Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax) requirements.
Your Responsibilities
IFRS Financial Reporting
- Lead the quarterly Group reporting process in accordance with IFRS.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reporting packages.
- Prepare and review, together with the Head of Group Controlling:
- Consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
- Notes and disclosures in line with IFRS requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16).
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to resolve consolidation issues, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and other consolidation-related matters.
CbCR (Country-by-Country Reporting) / Pillar Two
- Manage the annual and, where applicable, quarterly CbCR reporting process.
- Ensure accurate collection and validation of jurisdictional data, including:
- Revenues (related-party and third-party)
- Profit before tax
- Taxes paid and accrued
- Employee headcount
- Tangible assets
- Assess financial statement implications arising from IAS 12 amendments related to Pillar Two requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to:
- Identify data gaps and system requirements
- Ensure alignment between accounting and tax data
- Support the continuous enhancement of reporting processes and data quality across the Group.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, management accounting, or a comparable field
- Many years of professional experience (more than 5 years) in a comparable field of work
- Professional experience in the field of controlling, preferably in the international machinery and plant engineering industry
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and consolidation in accordance with IFRS
- Knowledge of OECD BEPS framework, CbCR requirements and Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax rules
- Comprehensive understanding of business management concepts

Diese Rolle verantwortet die termingerechte und regelkonforme Erstellung der quartalsweisen IFRS-Abschlüsse sowie die Einhaltung internationaler Anforderungen im Bereich Steuertransparenz und Mindestbesteuerung. Dabei stehen insbesondere das Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) sowie die Umsetzung der Vorgaben aus der OECD-Pillar 2 im Fokus.
Deine Aufgaben
IFRS-Finanzberichterstattung
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Koordination des quartalsweisen Reportings nach IFRS.
- Sicherstellung der vollständigen, korrekten und fristgerechten Einreichung aller Reporting-Packages.
- Erstellung und Review der Konzernabschlüsse insbesondere:
- Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
- Bilanz
- Kapitalflussrechnung
- Anhang und weitere IFRS-relevante Berichtsbestandteile
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aktueller IFRS-Standards, beispielsweise IFRS 9, IFRS 15 und IFRS 16.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den nationalen und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften zur Klärung konsolidierungsrelevanter Fragestellungen, insbesondere hinsichtlich:
- Intercompany-Abstimmungen
- Währungsumrechnung
- weiterer Konsolidierungssachverhalte
Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) und OECD-Pillar 2
- Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des jährlichen sowie unterjährigen CbCR-Prozesses.
- Sicherstellung einer vollständigen, korrekten und nachvollziehbaren Erfassung sowie Validierung länderbezogener Steuerdaten, insbesondere zu:
- Umsatzerlösen mit verbundenen Unternehmen und Dritten
- Ergebnissen vor Ertragsteuern
- gezahlten und abgegrenzten Steuern
- Mitarbeiterzahlen
- Sachanlagen
- Analyse und Bewertung der bilanziellen Auswirkungen der IAS 12-Anforderungen im Zusammenhang mit der OECD-Pillar 2.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und internationalen Ansprechpartnern zur:
- Identifizierung von Datenlücken und Systemanforderungen
- Sicherstellung der Abstimmung zwischen Accounting- und Steuerdaten
- kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen, Datenqualität und Berichtsstandards auf Gruppenebene
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens fünf Jahre) in einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Erfahrung im Controlling- oder Finanzbereich, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen des Maschinen- und Anlagenbaus.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der IFRS-Rechnungslegung und Konsolidierung.
- Gute Kenntnisse der OECD-BEPS-Richtlinien sowie der Anforderungen an Country-by-Country Reporting und OECD-Pillar2.
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge und komplexer Finanzprozesse.
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz.
- Integrität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein vertrauensvoller Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen.
- Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
