Die Rolle & das Team
Du arbeitest im Produktmanagement-Team für Income Taxes und bringst deine steuerliche Fachkenntnis direkt in die Produktentwicklung ein. Die Rolle verbindet Steuerrecht, Produktmanagement und Softwareentwicklung. Gemeinsam mit einem weiteren Teammitglied und der Lead Product Managerin bildest du ein spezialisiertes Expertenteam. Ihr stellt sicher, dass gesetzliche Anforderungen im deutschen Unternehmenssteuerrecht korrekt und praxisnah in die Software umgesetzt werden.
Was du tun wirst
- Analysiere gesetzliche Änderungen im Unternehmenssteuerrecht
- Leite konkrete Software-Anforderungen ab
- Erstelle steuerliche Spezifikationen und Berechnungslogiken
- Dokumentiere fachliche Änderungen und deren technische Umsetzung
- Prüfe und validiere Steuerformulare, Plausibilitäten und Prüfregeln
- Unterstütze das Entwicklungsteam bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen
- Arbeite an der Planung neuer Software-Versionen mit
- Unterstütze Kunden und Partner bei komplexen Steuerfragen
- Begleite Kunden-Workshops zur Anforderungsaufnahme
Was du mitbringst
- Abgeschlossene Prüfung als Steuerfachwirt:in oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Steuerbereich
- Solide Kenntnisse im deutschen Unternehmenssteuerrecht
- Kenntnisse in Körperschaftsteuer und Gewerbesteuer
- Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung nach Handels- und Steuerrecht
- Erste Erfahrung im Umwandlungssteuerrecht
- Praxiserfahrung mit Steuer-Software
- Gute Englischkenntnisse für Dokumentation und Abstimmung im Team
- Interesse an Software und digitalen Arbeitsprozessen
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Steuerregeln verständlich zu erklären
