Senior Commercial Legal Counsel (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers Vollzeit

Your contribution:
- You develop and implement a comprehensive contractual strategy for SCM and procurement-related legal activities as well as sales contracts and other strategic commercial transactions across the Vantage Towers Group, ensuring alignment with local markets and stakeholders
- You lead negotiations with strategic suppliers and commercial counterparts and create standardised contractual templates and training materials to streamline both procurement and sales-related activities
- You provide expert, timely legal advice on centralised procurement categories, sales agreements, strategic bids, and other high-impact strategic deals
- You maintain effective contacts across the business and within Vantage Towers local legal teams to address legal positions and needs
- You identify business risks and drive the resolution of legal and regulatory issues, coordinating with local legal departments to maintain core standards
- You influence internal decision-making by providing stakeholders with the necessary information to meet commercial objectives while maintaining legal integrity
- You foster a culture of compliance and technical excellence by keeping the business updated on legal developments, particularly regarding privacy laws
What makes you stand out:
- At least 3-5 years of international commercial law experience (large frameworks, NDAs)
- Proven expertise in regulatory law
- Experience in contract negotiations and managing disputes
- Strong background in C-Level stakeholder engagement
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (C1)
