Unser Infrastructure & Energy Transition Team im Bereich Projects & Disputes sucht für den Standort Frankfurt eine*n Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt (w/m/d).
Unser stark wachsendes und marktführendes Projects & Disputes Team berät umfassend zu globalen Infrastrukturprojekten und begleitet einige der weltweit größten Projekte der Energiewende. Wir verstehen uns als Spezialist*innen für Wasserstoffprojekte, Wind- und Solarprojekte, Datencenter und Glasfaserausbau sowie für transformative Infrastruktur. Regelmäßig liegen unsere Projekte auch im Ausland – innerhalb und außerhalb Europas – und unterliegen fremden Rechtsordnungen. Unsere Arbeit ist sehr lebensnah, dynamisch, äußerst international und abwechslungsreich – jeden Tag arbeiten wir an echten gesellschaftlichen Auswirkungen, in dem wir gemeinsam mit unseren Mandant*innen Zukunftstechnologien und die Energiewende als zentrale Themen unserer Zeit umsetzen. Als Mitglied unseres Projects & Disputes Teams beraten Sie hierbei umfassend zum gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Projektes: Sie entwerfen und verhandeln komplexe Projektverträge, wie EPC/EPCM/O&M Verträge, sowie Liefer- und Abnahmeverträge (Offtakes) und beraten bei der gesamten Projektumsetzung. Zugleich unterstützen Sie Mandant*innen bei der projektbezogenen Streitbeilegung einschließlich Claim Management. Sie möchten die Energiewende als Anwält*in aktiv mitgestalten?
