YOUR TASKS
- You are the point of contact for legal questions relating to data protection, regulation of digital markets, e-commerce, competition law, and IT law
- You advise on digital business models, cloud solutions, SaaS, and artificial intelligence
- You keep track of changes in legislation, court rulings and statements from authorities and assess their impact on our group of companies
- You will share your assessments and experiences with colleagues in the legal department and throughout the company
- You will help develop our legal change management process from the ground up and ensure that legal changes are recorded, evaluated, and communicated in a structured manner
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a degree in business law, law (LL.B., LL.M., diploma), or comparable training
- You gained initial professional experience or relevant practical experience-ideally in data protection, IT law, compliance, or risk management
- You are characterized by a strong interest in digitalization, legal tech and digital business models
- You can present complex legal topics in an understandable way-even to colleagues without a legal background
- Business fluent German and English skills round off your profile
