Legal Counsel (m/w/d) Vollzeit
We want you to:
- Provide pro-active, business minded and strategic legal advice to Hyundai's divisions on a variety of exciting commercial and operational topics.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and continuously enhance Hyundai's contract management.
- Provide full support on major projects of Hyundai starting from its creation until completion.
- Resolve out-of-court and litigation disputes of Hyundai's organization in Europe.
- Manage legal risks for the Hyundai organization in cooperation with other legal teams of the Hyundai Group.
- Instruct and manage Hyundai's external counsels in line with internal budget and quality requirements.

- 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a business corporation and/or an international law firm
- Fully qualified lawyer (University degree and admission to bar in Germany preferred)
- Strong experience with corporate law and contract review
- International EU experience is considered advantageous
- Automotive industry and in-house legal operations experience is considered advantageous
