Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Human Resources Rewards, Mobility, Reporting team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Legal Counsel International Labour Law. Part-time basis (20 – 30 HPW) possible.
You can look forward to
- Drafting international employment and secondment contracts, including for our top management abroad
- Examining and safeguarding local legal requirements of the insurance authorities/regulators for our compensation schemes
- Formulation of policies (e.g. on the topic of global compensation)
- Supporting the Group companies with cross-location HR, compliance and regulatory issues
You come equipped with
- University degree: law degree like Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Master of Laws (LL.M) with a focus on business or employment law or any other comparable qualification
- Professional experience in labour law, ideally in an international context, e.g. as a Labour Law/ Employment Law Counsel, HR Business Partner or in the area of Global Mobility
- Experience in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines
- Business fluent in English and German, as well as strong communication skills
- An eye for detail, an international mindset, humour and curiosity
