Global Product Owner (m/f/d)- MLR (Medical Legal Regulatory) Vollzeit
As Global Product Owner (m/f/d) for MLR, you will own the product vision, roadmap, delivery and continuous improvement of Fresenius Kabi's global Medical, Legal and Regulatory platform.
You will act as the link between business, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, IT, vendors and regional stakeholders. You will translate business and compliance requirements into scalable product capabilities and ensure that the MLR platform supports harmonized, efficient and compliant content review and approval processes globally.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own and communicate the global MLR product vision, roadmap, operating model, backlog and strategic priorities.
- Serve as the primary business owner and decision-maker for platform workflows, integrations, enhancements and releases.
- Partner with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial, Quality, IT, Business Unit and Country stakeholders to define global MLR processes and governance, translating business and compliance needs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the full product lifecycle-from discovery and design through rollout, adoption and continuous improvement-while harmonizing global processes with justified local and regulatory requirements.
- Lead Business Unit and Country onboarding and ensure rollout readiness, including planning, stakeholder alignment, training, communications, testing and go-live preparation.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, risks and stakeholder feedback; prioritize improvements and maintain effective governance, documentation, compliance and audit readiness.
- Manage platform vendors and implementation partners to support delivery and ongoing product evolution.
- Collaborate with DAM (Digital Asset Management), CMS (Content Management System)/AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other Product Owners to build an integrated commercial content ecosystem, while providing light support for PIM (Product Information Management) discovery, requirements, governance and dependencies.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Information Systems or a comparable field.
- At least 8 to 12 years of experience in product ownership, MLR, digital platforms, content operations or business analysis within Life Sciences or another regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of MLR review and approval processes, promotional compliance, claims and references, auditability and content lifecycle management; experience with MLR platforms such as Vodori, Veeva PromoMats or similar solutions is strongly preferred.
- Experience with global transformation, requirements management, backlog prioritization, validation, UAT (User Acceptance Test), rollout and adoption.
- Experience managing Business Unit and Country stakeholders, vendors, delivery partners and cross-functional dependencies within global programs.
- Understanding of DAM, CMS and commercial content ecosystem integrations is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex business, compliance and technical requirements into pragmatic product solutions.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage, along with willingness to travel internationally.
