Ich entwickle eigenständig rechtsichere Lösungsansätze im Vergabe- und Zivilrecht zur Umsetzung der Energiewende.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Grundlage des Ausbaus der Stromnetze im Zuge der Energiewende sind (Beschaffungs-) Verträge, die sachgerecht entworfen und verhandelt sowie rechtssicher vergeben werden müssen. Ich bin Teil eines Teams in einem wachsenden Unternehmen.
Meine Aufgaben
- Eigenständige vergabe- und vertragsrechtliche Betreuung von Beschaffungsvorgängen für unsere Onshore- und Offshore-Projekte in Deutschland als Teil eines Teams von mehreren Kolleg*innen,
- Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen, in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Zusammenarbeit mit der Einkaufsabteilung,
- In dieser Position unterstütze ich Projekte von 50Hertz von Beginn bis zum Vertragsschluss und bleibe auch später, Ansprechpartner*in für Einkauf und Contract- und Claimmanagement,
- Durchführung von internen Schulungen und Erstellung von Musterunterlagen,
- Steuerung von externen Rechtsanwaltskanzleien.
Meine Kompetenzen
- 1. und 2. juristische Staatsprüfung (mindestens ein Prädikatsexamen),
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vergaberecht in Kanzlei oder Unternehmen,
- Erfahrung oder Interesse an zivilrechtlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere am privaten Baurecht, sowie Bereitschaft, sich bei Bedarf in neue Rechtsgebiete einzuarbeiten,
- Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1),
- Schnelligkeit und Effizienz bei der Einarbeitung in neue und komplexe Fragestellungen,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Team- und Integrationsfähigkeit,
- Gute sprachliche Ausdrucks- und Präsentationsfähigkeit,
- Systematische und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungs- und Entscheidungsbereitschaft.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
