Job Description
This role can be made available in both a full-time (40 working hours/week) or part-time (starting from 50%) capacity. Feel free to apply and let us know which time model would suit you best!
About the role:
As our operational footprint expands, maintaining financial integrity, rigorous tax compliance and smooth site logistics is essential to our ongoing growth. To help us achieve this, we are hiring a dedicated Finance & Tax Administration Officer – Partio GmbH (m/f/d), to be employed at a subsidiary of AUTODOC, Partio GmbH, based out of Röttenbach, in the Erlangen Area. In this key operational role, you take ownership of local financial workflows and site administration, acting as a vital link between local operations, central functional teams and external bodies.
You manage end-to-end invoicing, track product margins and safeguard overall profitability while ensuring full compliance with German corporate tax regulations and local VAT requirements. Working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you oversee intercompany reconciliations and recharges to align with group guidelines. Additionally, you coordinate administrative workflows and office logistics on-site, acting as the primary point of contact for external tax authorities, health insurance providers and internal finance colleagues based at the AUTODOC headquarters in Berlin.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on financial administrator to combine domain expertise with local operational ownership. You work independently in an agile environment, optimizing processes and playing a direct role in driving compliance, accuracy and operational continuity within a fast-growing e-commerce leader.
