Attorneys-at-law (m/f/d) in the field of Corporate/M&A (qualified as attorney-at-law in an EU member state)
We have an extensive track record of advising major Japanese and non-Japanese companies on cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions across the globe. You will work closely with our partners, counsels and associates in Germany, Japan and Southeast Asia. From day one, you will work on high-profile matters as part of small, focused teams and will be trained in a well-founded and „on the job“ manner.
You have a proven interest in Japan, are qualified as attorney-at-law in an EU member state, and possess outstanding academic credentials as well as excellent English skills. The ability to communicate in Japanese is beneficial, but not required. In addition, you are interested in economic relationships and enjoy working in multicultural teams. Applications from career starters are just as welcome as those from lawyers who have already gained professional experience.
