The European Intellectual Property (IP) Department is a full-function IPR Department responsible for all intellectual property matters in Europe for Huawei. It manages all patent licensing, litigation and IP policy strategy and activities in Europe. It supports protection of cutting-edge technologies generated by Huawei's talented researchers in Research and Development Centers in Europe, as well as other aspects of portfolio management, including patent prosecution. It provides all legal and IP support for the standardization, open source, industrial ecosystem and technical cooperation activities in Europe.
