Senior Legal Officer Vollzeit
Responsibility
Responsibilities:
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements, with a primary focus on telecom-related services, information technology solutions, computerized networking systems layout and development, software installation, license and support, equipment maintenance, and other professional services agreements. Advise on legal, finance and business considerations associated with those commercial transactions.
Assist in developing and implementing improvements to business processes to support the contracting process and ongoing compliance.
Lead contract cycle management through close-out, including contract modifications, compliance with contractual terms.
Support headquarters in carrying out company legal matters for Europe Region
Advise internal clients of company processes, contract status, and make recommendations based on company policies and standards.
Interact daily and/or frequently with executive management, supervisors/team leaders, functional peer groups.
Participate in special projects within the Global Legal Department to develop, implement and enhance processes and policies that improve transaction velocity, efficiency and standardization without material increase in risk.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an attorney/in-house legal/contract manager
Strong planning and project management capability.
Team player who is positive, flexible and enthusiastic, and who displays initiative.
Good command of spoken and written English and French/German. Mandarin language skills as nice-to-have.
Ideally working experience in telecommunications or related industry.
