(Senior) Finanzbuchhalter / Finance Manager (m/w/d) – Remote Vollzeit

In dieser Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Finanzteam, trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere Finanzprozesse, Reportings und Tools weiterzuentwickeln, und unterstützt das FP&A Team bei Analysen, Forecasts, Budgetierungen und Kostenkontrollen. Dabei arbeitest du cross-funktional mit anderen Teams zusammen und lieferst die fundierten finanziellen Entscheidungsgrundlagen, die unser Unternehmen voranbringen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team am Aufbau eines automatisierten und modernen Finanzbereichs
- Du wirkst an monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Abschlüssen mit
- Du verantwortest Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchaktivitäten sowie Zahlungsprozesse
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze sicher
- Du unterstützt das FP&A Team bei Analysen, Forecasts, Budgetierungen und Kostenkontrollen und agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Accounting und FP&A
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports und Analysen als Grundlage für unternehmerische Entscheidungen
- Du arbeitest cross-funktional mit anderen Teams zusammen und fungierst als Finance-Ansprechpartner:in
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Finance-Tools und treibst Prozessoptimierungen aktiv voran
- Du wirkst bei Konsolidierungen und bei der Implementierung neuer Tools und Projekte mit
Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder im Finanzmanagement
- Du bringst ein sehr gutes Accounting-Verständnis mit (HGB, IFRS von Vorteil)
- Du hast ein solides Controlling- und Zahlenverständnis und Interesse an FP&A-Themen
- Du arbeitest analytisch, detailorientiert, zuverlässig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel sowie ERP- und Finance-Tools, insbesondere DATEV
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Moss, Chargebee oder Lucanet
- Du fühlst dich in einem SaaS-Umfeld wohl oder möchtest dich in dieses weiterentwickeln
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
