- Support the whole investment execution process, including the financial models, proposals and market research
- Market screening, research and analytics around market fundamentals & trends
- Creation of integrated financial models
- Leading due diligence activities
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
Who we are looking for
- First full-time work experience, ideally in real estate private equity, private equity, investment banking or consulting
- Exceptionally strong academic background, ideally within finance, economics, RE investment or relevant engineering or law degrees
- Strong financial modelling skills and outstanding analytical skills as well as sector understanding
- Ability to communicate effectively with management teams
- Fluent in English and German
