What you’ll find with us

• Partner with senior stakeholders to quantify the value proposition of cutting-edge legal tech solutions and design innovative pricing methodologies that unlock new revenue streams while maintaining healthy margins.
• Develop AI-driven pricing strategies for disaggregated services, pioneering subscription-based, usage-based, and ecosystem monetisation models in close collaboration with partners and the Head of Legal Tech.
• Create dynamic pricing models and digital templates leveraging data analytics to optimise fee proposals across technology-enabled service offerings.
• Lead strategic responses to complex client RFPs, designing technology-enhanced service packages that differentiate the firm in competitive situations.
• Design and implement a data-driven process for post-matter reviews that captures tech utilisation metrics and ROI, creating a feedback loop to continuously refine pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with the financial systems team to develop Power BI dashboards that visualise technology adoption, pricing effectiveness, and revenue stream performance.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Bachelor’s degree with finance qualifications and proven experience pricing digital products in tech environments; subscription-based or AI pricing experience advantageous.
• Advanced data analysis capabilities in Excel with hands-on experience in pricing algorithms and financial modelling tools.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (German beneficial) to translate complex pricing concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical capabilities to model complex scenarios for emerging technologies, estimate revenue potential, and develop pricing strategies that bridge traditional and technology-enabled service models.
• Collaborative leadership style to champion new pricing approaches across departments, building consensus amongst technologists, lawyers, and finance professionals.
• Passion for delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail and strategic thinking.
