As a key member of the operations team, you manage all business operations focusing on continuous improvement in collaboration with senior management and employees.
- Taking full responsibility for the long-term value creation of the portfolio company, developing it successfully and maintaining close communication with key stakeholders
- Identifying measures for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Supporting the executive team to develop and execute performance improvement plans
Who we are looking for
- Several years of work experience with initial experience from an established management consulting firm, and well-experienced in operations topics
- In-depth expertise across the following fields: Marketing/Sales, Supply Chain, Process Optimization, IT, or Finance
- Ability to work independently, develop solutions, and implement them
- Natural affinity for the smaller, mid-sized target market
- Willingness to travel to the portfolio company is essential
- Native-level German and very good English skills are required
