Legal Counsel,Commercial & Labour Law (f/m/d)

We are seeking a team player with a commercial mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to join our dynamic organization. Main Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Department and management on individual labor law matters.
- Draft official documents and policies for the company and its business units.
- Oversee and eventually lead compliance management, ensuring adherence to law.
- Handle complex legal issues across various business areas, esp. procurement.
- Provide comprehensive legal support and consultancy to other departments.
- Manage claims and disputes, while proactively overseeing the quality and cost of external legal counsel.
Requirements:
- Qualified German lawyer with two state exams and first experience in a law firm or legal department, with an affinity on labor law, data protection, and compliance in Germany.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in both German and English, for both written and oral negotiations
- Experience or interest in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
