WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- As Legal Counsel (all genders), you are the contact person for your colleagues in our business and corporate areas, both nationally and internationally.
- You support in the creation, review, and negotiation of customer, partner, and supplier contracts, particularly in the areas of IT, software development, and data protection.
- You create and maintain standard contract and proposal templates.
- You accompany the introduction and implementation of internal guidelines.
- You act as a liaison to other departments within the organization, such as data protection, compliance, marketing, etc., and work hand in hand with these departments.
- You create training concepts and provide training to make your colleagues well-versed in legal topics.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Your focus is on IT law / (IT) contract law, and you also have solid knowledge in the areas of data protection and labor law.
- You enjoy working on a wide range of legal issues and are willing to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the legal department of a company – ideally in the IT sector – or a business law-oriented law firm.
- You have a good understanding of technical / IT contexts and are eager to continually learn.
- You are a fully qualified lawyer or have completed a master's degree in law.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
