A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement practice (PEPI) focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to help improve operating results at their portfolio com panies. Our area of expertise is supporting private equity owned portfolio companies to deliver a growth strategy as well as supporting under-performing with a need to reorganize or take costs out. Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilize financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures.
As an I ntern (m/f/d) you will be part of the P EPI team for 3-6 months . As part of the internship program, you may have exposure to:
- W orking on client engagements (either in the office or on client site)
- D eveloping company and industrial analyses
- S upporting research initiatives and new business development
At bes t you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications :
- B achelor's degree and currently enrolled in a Master's /MBA program me
- S trong analytical skills combined with well-developed financial modelling capabilities
- R elevant practical experience within a Big 4, leading strategy consultancy or investment bank
- E xcellent oral and written communication skills
- F luency in German and English
