In your role as Intellectual Property Counsel, with your passion to drive innovation and to protect groundbreaking inventions, you will shape the future of Smart Infrastructure's Electrical Products (EP) and eMobility (E) businesses.

You'll make a difference by
- Collaborating with R&D and product teams to safeguard innovations and support business in achieving its strategical goals
- Lead patent portfolios and conduct IP due diligence (FTOs)
- Draft and prosecute patent applications
- Provide IP training to various stakeholders
- Exploit and leverage the IP portfolio to secure business market position
- Engage in inter partes proceedings as necessary
You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- Education – Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Physics or similar educational qualification
- Experience & Skills – You are qualified as a European, and/or German Patent Attorney and have long term technical experience in electrical engineering and technical informatics.
- Languages – Fluent in German. Proficiency in English is a plus
