HR Operations Specialist/ Lawyer (m/f/x)

Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist/ Lawyer (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!

Your tasks in the net zero journey:
- Drafting service contracts and fixed-term agreements with employees and service providers.
- Advising on Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution. Provide legal advice legal advise on labour law and day to day business.
- Drafting and analyzing employment contracts, internal policies, and other work-related documents;
- Conducting negotiations and instructing/ supporting our external solicitor in resolving disputes related to employment relations;
- Managing and resolving Legal claims related to HR.
Requirements
You are a good fit for the team if you can tick off the following boxes:
- Experience in the legal department of a commercial enterprise or a law firm is a plus
- Preferably you have either got a background in law (German 1. State Examination/ 1. Staatsexamen) or a background in Human Resources with practical experience mastering daily challenges of German labour law
- You understand commercial backgrounds of HR processes in Germany, work experience in HR is a plus
- You speak fluent English and German
- Your social skills and intercultural understanding allow you to shine when dealing with different target groups
