Your journey ahead:
We are seeking a German finance and tax specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will be based in Munich and will be responsible for managing accounting, financial statement preparation, fund management and tax declaration for German subsidiaries.
Your Challenges:
- Oversee the finance and tax work for two German subsidiaries, including contract review, invoice verification, bookkeeping and accounting, preparation of financial statements, and tax filing. The work location is Munich.
- Responsible for accounting processing, ensuring that the account data is accurate and timely, and in compliance with the company's financial regulations; responsible for communication and docking with local tax authorities, banks and other external institutions, ensuring compliance with various operations, and establishing and maintaining good external cooperation relationships.
- Ensure tax compliance, complete various tax declarations on time and accurately, ensure that there are no errors during tax inspections, and actively cooperate with tax audits;
- Regularly prepare financial statements and conduct in-depth financial analysis, and provide financial data and suggestions to support decision-making to management;
- Supervise and optimize the company's internal financial processes, ensure the security and efficient operation of funds, and reduce financial risks;
- Participate in and support the company's financial audit work, ensure compliance with the audit process, and put forward suggestions for financial management improvement;
- Assist to review and improve the company's various contracts and processes, ensure that the group's systems and processes are effectively implemented at the execution level, and supervise all departments to operate and implement in strict accordance with the rules and regulations;
- Complete other related financial work to improve the overall work efficiency of the financial department and the satisfaction of management.
Your profile includes:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, taxation or other related majors, with a solid financial theoretical foundation and 3 years of work experience or more;
- Those with CPA, CTA or ACCA qualifications are preferred;
- Possess extensive accounting experience in Datev and Oracle systems.
- Familiar with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations, with international tax processing knowledge is preferred;
- Have strong data analysis skills, can use Excel and other financial data processing tools proficiently;
- Has experience working in Germany, can adapt to long-term work in the local area;
- Fluent in German and English, can be used as working languages, with strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to communicate and share professional knowledge.
