Your responsibilities
- Steuerberatung/Grundsatzfragen nationales und internationales Konzernsteuerrecht
- Operative steuerliche Beratung von Uniper-Konzerngesellschaften einschl. der Betriebsstätten im In- und Ausland (Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung der Erfüllung der steuergesetzlichen Anforderungen im In- und Ausland, Bearbeitung steuerlicher Grundsatzfragen und besonderer steuerlicher Fragestellungen)
- Steuerliche Begleitung M&A-Projekte/Konzernprojekte
- Mitwirkung bei/Umsetzung von Steuerpolitik und Steuergesetzgebung
- Betreuung von Rechtsbehelfs-/Klageverfahren
- Begleitung der steuerlichen Betriebsprüfung bei inländischen Konzerngesellschaften
- Mitwirkung bei der Erfüllung aller steuerlichen Dokumentationspflichten bei Vorgängen der Uniper-Gruppe in Deutschland (§ 90 Abs. 3 AO)
- Sicherstellung und Unterstützung bei der korrekten und vollständigen steuerlichen Berichterstattung
Your profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen Jura oder Wirtschaftwissenschaften; Abschluss zum Diplom-Finanzwirt oder vergleichbarer internationaler Abschluss
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen wünschenswert
- Mind. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung innerhalb eines Industrieunternehmens, einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Steuerberatungsgesellschaft bzw. im gehobenen Dienst der Finanzverwaltung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute EDV-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, zielorientiertes Arbeiten, sicheres Auftreten und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Offenheit gegenüber neuen Herausforderungen insbesondere im Rahmen der digitalen Transformation
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungs- und Ländergrenzen hinweg
- Gute Kommunikation und Teamplay
- Hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen
